Kirk McMillan, Co-Founder
Kirk McMillan, Chief People Whisperer, is a CEO, Vistage Chair, certified talent optimization consultant, board facilitator, coach and business advisor whose entrepreneurial spirit and proven aptitude have earned him the reputation as a seasoned strategist. Over the course of nearly three decades, he has garnered extensive leadership experience within the business world.
From being promoted to CEO of his family business at the age of 26, to spearheading numerous companies, his vision goes beyond his field of choice. His sights are set on creating a ripple effect of positive change across local and global communities that continues impacting people for years to come.
He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from Kennesaw State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel where he sits on the Advisory Board for the Baker School of Business. Kirk is active board member with Acorn School of Charleston, the first Waldorf school in South Carolina. Residing in Charleston, South Carolina, Kirk is happily married and the proud father of three children.

Mike Mosel, Co-Founder
Mike Mosel, Co-Founder, and certified talent optimization consultant, is passionate about advising businesses in industries like construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and general contracting whose growth opportunities are specifically related to people. He brings nearly 20 years of hands-on CEO experience having owned, operated, and exited a number of businesses in those marketplaces. As a graduate of George Mason University, Mike has continued his learning by participating in CEO/business owner peer groups and leadership development programs and is active in his local business community through the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. He’s been playing golf since age 6, enjoys craft beer, and working out at his local CrossFit gym. He is happily married to his wife of 15 years, has 2 daughters ages 11 and 14 and lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Chris Palmer, Partner
Chris Palmer is an Executive Coach and Talent Optimizer who has operated on a global scale as a Human Resources executive in large industrial and consumer goods enterprises. He brings deep experience in leadership development, succession management (up to and including C-Level / Board positions), organization development, M&A, and international HR. As a CHRO he operated as an influential HR business leader designing and executing human capital strategies that enabled significant growth in revenue, profit and sustainability. Throughout his entire career, Chris has been a thought partner with senior leaders to build strong teams and organizations in the face of big challenges – while helping them to grow their own leadership capabilities.
His executive experience includes executive roles for Volvo Cars, Alstom, and Lafarge. As a CHRO, he has managed major decisions about executive talent and succession while being a member of the decision apparatus about global organizational structures. The breadth of Chris’ experience provides him a unique perspective and deep insights into the executive psyche, the keys to executive leadership, how great teams are built and managed as well as how large global enterprises successfully manage significant change initiatives.
An MBA graduate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kettering University. He is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Executive and Team coach and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from Naveen Jindal School of Business at the University of Texas at Dallas. In addition to his certification on the full suite of Predictive Index tools, he is proficient and certified to use several other assessment tools, including Hogan, Center for Creative Leadership assessment tools, Lominger, and PDI.
He brings his professional capabilities and patriotic gratitude together as a volunteer life and career coach with the Warriors and Quiet Waters foundation where he serves our nation’s heroes who have been injured in combat while protecting our nation. He and his wife Gayle are active volunteers with the Seabrook Island Sea Turtle Rescue Patrol, and the Sea Islands Hunger Awareness Foundation.
Andy McCarthy, Partner
Andy McCarthy, a certified talent optimization consultant, brings over 10 years CEO and owner experience, scaling and exiting businesses. Andy naturally transitioned to advising businesses after owning, operating and exiting the Southeast’s most popular popsicle company, King of Pops. He has emerged as an expert in visioning, value development, brand strategies and scaling. Andy currently serves as President of the South Carolina Specialty Food Association, is a member of the Vistage Worldwide, and is involved with a number of non-profit organizations along the coast. Andy graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Biology and has a passion for learning, exploring, and all things outdoors.
